What will be the delivery time of my order?

Generally, if you place your order before 3pm and the products are in stock, we'll try our best to deliver your order on the next working day. You'll receive all the details in your order acknowledgement.

I see the status of my order as "completed", but I have not yet received my goods.

The status "completed" simply means that your order has been successfully entered into our system. Once we have received your order, delivery will usually take place within 24-48 hours.

What do I do if my order is VAT exempt

Should your order be VAT exempt, please upload a copy of your valid VAT exemption certificate so this can be applied to your order.

Can I change my billing address?

Unfortunately, this cannot be changed via our E-shop. Please email customerservice@STARLAB.co.uk , and a member of our team will be happy to assist.

Is it possible to cancel an item from my order?

To cancel or make changes to an order, email customerservice@STARLAB.co.uk with your order notification number and details of the desired changes. A STARLAB UK customer support representative will inform you about the order's status and whether changes can be made. All changes are at STARLAB UK's discretion.

Starlab’s new GuardOne^® Workstation provides the ideal workspace for sensitive and critical applications requiring a clean environment, or protection from potential contaminations by bacteria, DNA or RNA. GuardOne^® minimizes cross-contamination risk and protects your valuable samples and reagents and saves you time by not having to duplicate your work.

The GuardOne^® fanless workbench with its circulation-free environment helps you improve your results. The UV lamp with timer function allows you to easily decontaminate the working area whenever needed. Made from optically-clear, UV-impermeable polycarbonate, GuardOne^® provides the user with an optimal view while working and full protection from harmful UV when decontaminating. A safety-switch on the sash door prevents any UV use while working.

Every aspect of GuardOne^® has been designed with convenience in mind. All functions can be controlled via the intuitive touchscreen that is compatible with laboratory gloves. The integrated lab timer, constant monitoring of the UV lamp lifespan will ease your work further. Check the GuardOne^® status at a glance and at any time using the color coded status indicator on the touchscreen.
