 Your account

Great and very welcome. For your registration please use our registration form firstly. Currenty we provide our shopping experience to certified distributors. If you have any questions please contact our Headquarter in Hamburg, Germany: info@starlab.de

Please go to the login page by clicking on "Login" in the top right corner. Under customer login you will find a field "Forgotten password". Please click on this and you can now enter your email address with which you are registered with us. https://www.starlabgroup.com/en/customer/account/forgotpassword/
 

This is a new Shopsoftware and the very first time we provide our distributors to shop directly on our eShop. And of course because of security matters, it is neccessary to register.

For earlier orders please contact our Headquarter. This is a new eshop. Good news is: if you place your order online, you'll be able to recap your orders on our eShop. Meanwhile our customer service will help you to provide any former order information on your orders.


Order process

You can enter an internal order number. You will find this information in your shipping address when you register.

All orders placed through the eShop are charged with individual shipping costs. When ordering from the eShop the transportation will be booked by our distribution centre according to the weight and volume of the ordered items.

Go to the specific product. Then scroll down until you see the product details. Below you will find the corresponding product accessoires.

To change the quantities of the products, please go to the checkout, there you can adjust plus and minus to set the desired quantity. 


 Prices and Offers :

Please log in with your customer account, this is the only way we can show you your customer-specific prices. You are able to see your individual pricing, if you are an assigned distributor. Otherweise you'll see all products on request.
 

In some cases you cannot see your individual pricing. Mostly it is based on old systems or older versions of browsers. Please update your browser; this is also important in terms of security matters. If you need further technical assistance, please contact us: digitalunit@starlab.de
 

Please feel free to contact our customer service. We will be happy to put you in touch with an employee responsible for your district.
 

We are glad to help you with your selection and will provide samples - if possible. Please consider, that we cannot offer a sample for every product. Please use the sample form. Tip: On the product pages you will find information about the availability of a sample. Otherwise, please contact our customer service or your sales representative. 


About our products:

Configurable products only show the article number after you have selected the filters. Please note: each configured product has its own article number.

You will find a large number of data sheets and brochures as well as operating instructions if you make the product on the product page - if it is configurable. After selecting the filters, the download files appear under the product image.

Unfortunately there are some products which have not yet been correctly transferred from the previous shop to the new one. We are working on this with high pressure. So far, please bear with us.
 

Unusual circumstances unfortunately also cause unusual production and thus delivery times for us. We are very sorry about this. Please have understanding and patience. We are all working very meticulously to initiate deliveries as quickly as possible.
