Terms & Conditions Raffle
With submitting your data, you'll agree to our Terms & Conditions especially the granting of rights.
The participants grant Starlab the irrevocable, spatially, unlimited in time and content, non-exclusive and gratuitous rights of use for all known and unknown types of use (in particular, public access, reproduction and dissemination) of the data submitted by them for the purpose of participating in the campaign “Starlab Mood Barometer 2026”, reporting on it (regardless of the media), for the public relations for the campaign, as well as the right to assign the execution of these rights to third parties.
Terms & Conditions
§ 1 General
The organizer of the campaign “Starlab Mood Barometer 2026 raffle” is Starlab International GmbH, Neuer Höltigbaum 38, 22143 Hamburg, Germany. Hereinafter referred to as “Starlab”.
By participating in this campaign “Starlab Mood Barometer 2026 raffle”, entrants agree to the following conditions:
(1) Participation in the raffle is free of charge and not linked to a purchase obligation and/or use of services. A purchase or use of services will not improve your chances of winning. Mere participation does not entitle a participant to win a prize.
(2) This contest is open only to those who are over the age of 18 located in a country in which Starlab products are sold (see www.starlab.click/worldwide).
(3) For participation in the raffle all personal data must be entered truthfully. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the submitted data.
(4) Legal representatives, employees of the organizer as well as their relatives and third persons being somehow related to this campaign “Starlab Mood Barometer 2026 raffle” are excluded from participation.
(5) Starlab reserves the right to disqualify any individual from the campaign “Starlab Mood Barometer 2026 raffle” on the grounds of violation of the eligibility requirements. Anyone using illegal means or other manipulation to gain advantage shall also be disqualified. In these cases, prizes can also be subsequently disallowed and reclaimed, as necessary. Starlab reserves the right to reject submissions at any time without giving reasons; this refers in particular to submissions that are morally, ethically, or legally inacceptable.
§ 2 “Starlab Mood Barometer 2026 raffle” period and description
1) The campaign “Starlab Mood Barometer 2026 raffle” begins on January 20th 2026 at 10:00 AM CEST and ends on February 10th 2026 at 16:59 PM CEST.
(2) Participation in the campaign “Starlab Mood Barometer 2026 raffle”
To take part in the campaign “Starlab Mood Barometer 2026 raffle”, participants must complete the survey and submit the requested details (email) to be eligible for this competition:

Only one entry per person. By entering the competition, the participant accepts the Terms and Conditions of the campaign “Starlab Mood Barometer 2026 raffle” of Starlab.
(3) The winners will be notified via email within 10 days after the end of the raffle.
§ 3 Prizes
Please note the specification of the prizes will be determined by Starlab. Starlab reserves the right to change the prize at any time.
(4) All prizes are non-redeemable for cash. Winners cannot make claim to cash payment of the price or exchange of the prize for another item.
(5) Prizes are non-transferable to another person but the winner.
(6) The delivery will be organized by Starlab. If delivery of the prize to the winner is not possible, and if it is therefore sent back to the organizer, a new delivery will only be organized on request of the winner. The winner is in default of acceptance and must bear the costs for the renewed shipment.
(7) If the prize cannot be delivered within three months of electronic notification for reasons that lie with the winner, Starlab cannot guarantee that the original prize is still available. The winner will then receive a replacement of more or less the same value. The winner will also receive a replacement of more or less the same value if the original prize is no longer available in the presented design (model change, seasonal goods etc.). The winner accepts necessary changes of the prize if they are due to causes that are out of control of the companies involved in the campaign “Starlab Mood Barometer”. If the prize cannot be delivered within six months of electronic notification due to reasons that lie with the winner, the claim to the prize is forfeited. In this case, Starlab reserves the right to draw another winner.
(8) Delivery is free within Europe. Freight costs and customs that may incur in addition must be borne by the winner. In this case, the seat of the organizer remains the place of performance.
§ 4 Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn Disclaimer
The campaign is promoted on the Instagram page (www.instagram.com/starlabinternational), on the Facebook page (www.facebook.com/starlabinternational) and on the LinkedIn page (www.linkedin.com/company/starlabgroup) of the company. This promotion is not connected with Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn in any way and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn are therefore not a contact for this competition. If any remarks or problems occur, please send an e-mail to marketing@starlab.de.
§ 5 Copyright
By entering the competition, participants, explicitly agree that in case they win the first, second or third prize their name (with the last name abbreviated, if desired) could be printed in the next Newsletter publication, announced on social media (as detailed above), or on the Starlab local European websites. Participants release Starlab from possible third party claims due to the violation of such rights and possible legal costs. Starlab have the right to edit (in particular electronic online editing), reproduce, and communicate by other medial means as well as transfer these rights to third parties. Future uses are free of charge. Participant will waive any further right against Starlab.
§ 6 Premature termination of the campaign "Starlab Mood Barometer 2026 raffle"
Starlab reserves the right to terminate the of the campaign "Starlab Mood Barometer 2026 raffle" at any point in time without prior notice and without giving reason. Starlab will make use of this possibility especially if proper execution of the campaign "Starlab Mood Barometer 2026 raffle" cannot be ensured due to technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or hard- and/ or software errors) or legal issues. If premature termination is caused by a participant’s behaviour, Starlab may claim damages.
§ 7 Rejection of the submitted data
Starlab reserves the right to reject submissions by the participants at any time without giving reasons; this refers in particular to data that is morally, ethically, or politically inacceptable.
§ 8 Data Protection
By participating in the contest, each participant grants to Starlab the right to store and use his/her personal data for the purposes of administering the contest including, but not limited to, contacting and announcing the winners and fulfilling the award of the prizes (including postage). The participant can withdraw the consent to the storage/use of data and, consequently, withdraw participation at any time.
The winner can revoke his consent to temporary data storage at any time after the competition has been held. The revocation must be sent by e-mail to marketing@starlab.de. After revocation of the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the winner will be deleted immediately.
The storage of the data is temporary. All data of the winner will be completely deleted, even without revocation, at the latest one year after the execution of the competition, as far as this is within the possibilities of the organizer and the company (not on Facebook, etc.).
§ 9 Liability
Through the delivery of the prizes, Starlab is free of all legal obligations, provided that an earlier time does not arise from these provisions. Starlab accepts no responsibility for lost, wrongly delivered, damaged, or illegible participant information, errors, omission, interruptions, deletion, defects or delays in sending data, theft or damage, as well as unauthorized access to or changes in participant details, all technical, network, telephone, electronic, computer, internet, hard- and software disruptions, erroneous transmittance or failed receipt of access information due to technical problems, e.g. internet overload, damage to the participant’s computer and to any other person due to participation in the contest.
§ 10 Rejection of Legal Action / Applicable Law and Jurisdiction / Others
Legal recourse is prohibited. Exclusively law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall be applicable. Court of Jurisdiction is Hamburg / Germany. If any of these terms are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms shall not be affected.
