TipOne^® pipette tips are made from 100% virgin polypropylene to ensure the highest quality product.

The use of multiple cavity tools for the injection moulding process guarantees batch to batch conformity for all TipOne^® tips. The automated assembling procedures are carried out under clean-room conditions to eliminate contamination and  Quality Control procedures ensure that TipOne® is inspected for 100% performance. Every TipOne^® product is certified RNase, DNase, DNA and Pyrogen free. Sterile TipOne^® tips have been validated according to EN ISO 11137- 2:2007.

TipOne^® is the original plastic-saving pipette tip system. It is reusable, refillable and recyclable.

The exceptional quality of the racks allow them to be reused again and again with the refills - even if autoclaving! - without any loss of stability or shape.

Refills require less raw materials to manufacture compared to racked tips, resulting in less consumption of resources, and lower C02 emissions during production and delivery. The compact refill designs also help save valuable storage space in your lab. 

TipOne^® is manufactured in a factory powered 100% by sustainable (wind) energy.

Pack and case cartons for TipOne^® pipette tips are made from 100% recycled cardboard.

Save up to 63% plastic compared to using the sterile racked equivalent. The refill design means sterility is never compromised!

The new 1.0 ml refill provided a 66% space saving compared to the original, saving both packing and transport resources.

Our newest TipOne^® tips save up to 40% plastic per tip compared to their older equivalents, without compromise to quality.

Designed to be reused, TipOne^® racks are tested and withstand at least 100 autoclave cycles.

All TipOne^® packaging is made entirely from polypropylene, so recycling is quick and easy.
