Delivery and shipping
Orders placed through the eShop are subject to a minimum order value of 100 GBP to qualify for free of charge delivery. Orders below 100 GBP will incur a 18.50 GBP delivery charge (UK mainland), unless Starlab UK has otherwise agreed in writing. Please enquire for UK delivery charges outside the mainland.
- Delivery via the eShop is limited to the UK only. For delivery outside the UK, please contact our International Office at info@starlab.de
- Transportation is booked by our distribution centre according to the weight and volume of the order.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 24 hours. Orders placed before 3pm are usually delivered the next day, subject to stock and courier schedules. If there's a delay or partial delivery, our customer service team will contact you with updates and alternatives.
We use a traffic light system to show stock availability:
Orders are processed immediately, with available products delivered within approximately 48 hours. Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered next day (subject to stock availability and courier schedules).
We may not be able to fully fulfil your order. Contact Customer Service for availability, lead times, and alternatives.
Need it Sooner?
Need something in a hurry or at a different time? We offer flexible delivery schedules — just state your preference on your order if you'd like anything other than standard delivery:
- Express Next Day (pre-10:30am): £27.50
- Express Saver Next Day (pre-12:00pm): £24.50
- Express Saturday: £32.50
