What is TipOne®?

For which volume ranges are TipOne® pipette tips available?
TipOne® pipette tips are available for volumes from 10 µl to 1250 µl. This means the system covers many typical pipetting requirements in the laboratory.
Will TipOne® tips fit my pipette?
TipOne® pipette tips are designed for universal tip fit and are compatible with many common pipette models. For targeted selection, the TipFinder can be used.
Are TipOne® tips also available as filter tips?
Yes. TipOne® is available both as a standard pipette tip and as a filter tip. Filter tips are particularly suitable for applications where contamination protection is important.
Are sterile TipOne® tips available?
Yes. The TipOne® range includes sterile versions, including sterile filter tips in racked or refill options.
Which packaging options are available for TipOne®?
TipOne® pipette tips are available in various packaging options, including bags, racks and refill systems. This allows laboratories to choose the most suitable option depending on workflow, consumption, and sustainability goals.
Why is TipOne® a sustainable choice?
TipOne® is designed as a system with reusable racks and refill options. In addition, the TipOne® system components are made of polypropylene, enabling high-quality recycling. Starlab also offers a take-back recycling service for TipOne® system components.
What is TipOne® closed-loop recycling?
Closed-loop means returned TipOne® plastic is recycled and fed back into the production cycle to make new TipOne® products. This circular approach reuses valuable resources and reduces the need for new raw materials.
Do TipOne® racks contain recycled material?
Yes. TipOne® racks manufactured in Germany since January 2025 contain recycled material, including recycled TipOne® material collected through the TipOne® Recycling Service.
Can I test TipOne® before purchasing?
Yes. A free TipOne® sample can be requested from Starlab to test the tips in your own laboratory before purchasing.
